Freezer Cooking--Update!

Well, I got the tater tot casserole to fit in 2 pans (8x8) and got Honey Chicken and Buttermilk Herb Chicken made, from the new book I ordered.  My freezer is looking very full and I'm running out of chicken...I might have to curb the rest of my endeavors until I can get some more...
