How fast they grow

Boy they grow so quickly!

This week...

Ok...sorry for the delay. Ever since I found out that my surgery is on the 30th my life has been..."go, go, go". I have been scheduling, cooking, finishing....Life is crazy. And...I am trying to get rid of all of this Mary Kay stuff (my wonderful sister in law has been helping with that) I just can't wait until my surgery. We are so ready to move on from this phase of our life. I can't wait. My husband has been so wonderful and patient. I had my pre-op appointments today...surgery, here we come!

Yesterday's Shopping Adventure

Yesterday was my mom's day off and she always spends it with us, which is a wonderful blessing. I went to Walmart to snag some good deals I saw posted on my favorite blog. Moneysavingmom.com. When I checked out, before coupons it my bill was 68ish dollars...after coupons, by bill was $32...Yeah! I love it when I get a deal like that.

Amazingly, the boys have jumped right back into our routine after our vacation and traveling. They did a fantastic job and slept on both plane rides. We had fun playing in the water with them, playing with Granny and Grandpa and Walt and Teresa. I am already looking forward to next year's vacation. The boys loved the water and we were in it daily...mostly the pool, not the ocean--sand is too tempting of a treat. They love the bathtub too and that is where this picture was taken!

Teething

The boys now both have teeth and I am amazed at how different they are. About a month ago, Levi's bottom teeth broke through and the only noticeable difference in his disposition was a fountain of drool from his mouth. This past week we were in Florida and Silas's bottom teeth broke through...he has been teething since he was four months old and it has been such a noticeable grouchiness. Not unbearable just noticeable. I am so constantly amazed at how God has made them so different. I wouldn't change a thing!

Welcome!

ok...so I have joined the blogging world and am wondering what in the world I am doing. But, we'll see how it goes. Have fun checking up on the boys and reading about our lives...
